"We began using Brittco in early 2018 as our primary platform for TCM, ISP’s/Assessments, Incident Reports, tracking local funding, reports, client information screens, etc. Prior to this transition we had been using a combination of word documents, other software, and paper forms to complete most SSA work. Brittco allowed us to bring all of these aspects of our work to one user friendly platform.
It was an easy transition, and we were able to train our own staff on the system, but had the option to have Brittco staff train us if needed. The system is very easy to use and after a short time of exploring the platform, our staff were completing all tasks with ease. "Defiance County has been using the Brittco system since May of 2020, initially with TCM, then expanding to Early Intervention case notes, and most recently with the Ohio ISP. "The Brittco system is especially easy to navigate and very intuitive. Data entry is easy, with no need to search through folders to find the right entry area. Only a few clicks are necessary to start a case note, with time, date, location, and activity/service right there to choose from, with ample space for case note text. Personalization of drop downs is also possible. Each note also has an option for attachments and to be either flagged or marked confidential. Reviewing and approving case notes is incredibly easy, by just clicking a report, reading, and approving. Creating invoices is as simple as creating a report."

"Brittco software can be a complete tool for county boards in that it is not only for TCM, but can serve multiple components of a program. Also available are sections on incident reports, family supports, vendors, and funding options. It contains a time clock function, where staff can document non TCM related activities to help keep track of productivity. "With all the apprehension we had in beginning the Ohio ISP, Brittco could not be any easier. The format guides you through the questions, with ample space for detailed responses. As with the rest of the system, there is no need to repeatedly click to find the areas; the layout is straightforward and clear.
