Brittco has revolutionized the ISP planning process with its electronic “packet” that organizes all the necessary documents which replaces the old paper checklists.
There are many documents in addition to the OhioISP Plan that are included in the complete “packet” during the ISP planning process. Examples may include a Comprehensive Functional Assessment, Annual Emergency & Routine Medical Releases, Social History Report, and a Behavioral Support Plan.
And there are also many tasks that need to be completed throughout the process as well.
Qs typically use a checklist to help track all of this. Brittco’s ISP Packet is a paperless version of that same checklist including notifications that are sent when a task is due. Documents can be uploaded or a Brittco custom form can also be used (many of the state forms are available). And sharing custom forms with other ICF Providers is also encouraged.
Once the packet is complete, the Q can choose which documents to include, and all documents are merged into one PDF file that can then be emailed to a custom list of recipients.
