How It Works

Case Notes can be “flagged” to help organize and keep track of future follow up tasks. Attachments can also be linked to a case note. Travel time, mileage, and location can be entered without the need for adding an additional case note just for travel. And a “common phrases” feature speeds up the process of entering notes by allowing the SSA to quickly insert commonly-used phrases.
