I work for Toward Independence, and my job title is a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional. I came into this position fairly recently, but from my understanding, the motivation behind using Brittco was because we were already using the other format that you guys have for our documentation and things like that, and so it was kind of just like a no-brainer to just start using the ICF version to do our ISPs and things like that.

And also, it's easy to use. Yeah, it streamlines the processes of doing the ISPs. It's just a lot easier to go ahead and do that with the prefilled questions and stuff like that. My overall impression, like I said, it's a lot easier to use than just manually typing it out on the paper version. I really like that there's like a lot of dropdown boxes.

It kind of has yes/no, so that you're not typing unnecessary information for certain questions. It makes it nice and neat. It makes it a lot faster. It's a lot easier to use. It really helps streamline, like I said, the processes of making the ISPs. It makes it faster, it's efficient, it's just easy, overall easier. It makes it easier to do my job and I don't have to spend hours writing an ISP, rewriting stuff. I can just go in, answer the questions, and then it pops out the ISP for me.

We're looking to use Brittco because we were trying to get rid of paper documentation and something to streamline everything, because we have multiple systems and Brittco's lined them all up to where we don't have as many papers flying everywhere. So it's been all-inclusive, which helped us along the way.

We like it. Actually, my QIDPs really like Brittco over the actual DODD site. They find that it's easier to read, easier to type, so it takes a little bit less time than the other system did.

Well, accessing it, of course, has been easier. It's not been a multi-step process to get into it. It is clear for us to understand the questions and fill in the blanks, and it helps too because we're already using Brittco for a documentation piece, so we already had some experience prior to that, so it helps along that manner.

I think it's mainly having the same system for both the OISP and our documentation, so it's inclusive. I can't wait to see if there's going to be more to come where our OISP will then hopefully feed into our documentations in the future, or if not, that's something to look into. But it's just been nice to have just one system.
